Description
@Work Group Phoenix is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join the team of our North Phoenix customer.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with eligibility for benefits after permanent hire-on.
Job duties will include the following.
- Utilizing dispatching software
- Schedule customer appointments and preventative maintenance
- Scheduling and routing service technicians
- Monitoring scheduling and making adjustments as needed
- Confirming appointments
- Making follow-up calls
- Other duties as delegated
Pay: $20.00/hour + to start depending on skill set.
Pay Comments: This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with our customer. We desire candidates looking for long-term employment.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong customer service background
- Minimum of 3 years Dispatching in a service-based industry required
- Experience utilizing software
- Knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians as well as customers
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- NOTE- This is a safety sensitive position working around automated machinery
