@Work Group is seeking an experienced Medical Recruiter to source candidates for BHT, Paraprofessional, CNA, LPN, RN and similar roles.

Job duties will include the following.

• Partnering with internal departments to determine staffing needs
• Researching, developing and managing job descriptions/advertising
• Screening resumes
• Performing in person and phone interview with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Collecting and verifying all required credentials and certifications
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Completing the employee onboarding process
• Serving as a liaison with departments & vendors
• Shift scheduling
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days. Must be flexible to attend job fairs, recruiting events and other opportunities to reach potential candidates. 

Pay: $42,000-$49,000/year

• Experience working in an employee screening/hiring role
• Preferred background in Medical Recruiting
