Our customer is actively recruiting for the position of Construction Estimator with experience using estimating software. We need a team player who can help to develop the department through innovation and efficiency. Positions are ALL Direct Hire! Located in San Marcos CA

Position Responsibilities:

• Write and proof all budgets for remodeling jobs
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering documents
• Knowledgeable with the International Building Code
• Skilled in PC usage and Microsoft Office Suite
• Remodeling construction knowledge a must
• Produce construction budget proposals on tight deadlines
• Handle a project from start to finish
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Strong organizational skills and ability to execute manual detailed tasks
• Experience with Auto CAD and Plan Swift a plus.
• Develop leads
• Great network of vendor and insurance contacts
