@Work Group PHX has an URGENT NEED for BHT's with a minimum of one year SMI (Severely Mentally Ill) experience. 

In this role, you will be provide direct service to residential and/or inpatient clients. 

Locations are throughout Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria and include the following types of facilities. 

• Group Home
• Residential Home
• Apartment Living
• Hospital Setting

Settings can include individual group, life skills training, behavior management, crisis prevention and SMI units. 

In these settings, you may be responsible for the following duties. 

• Assist with community integration
• Provide assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Document services provided according to client standards
• Plan and organize activities
• Accompany, supervise, monitor and assist clients as needed

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of behavioral management/de-escalation methods, crisis intervention techniques
• Associates Degree and 1 year of full-time behavioral health experience -OR-
• Bachelors Degree with emphasis on Human Services, Counseling and Psychology plus one year of behavioral health experience -OR-
• An equivalent of education and experience entirely related to behavioral health totaling 2 years
• SMI experience is a plus!

• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR Card
• First Aid Card
• TB Test (done in the last 6 months)
• Physical (done in the last 6 months)
• CPI Card
• Updated Resume (with all SMI experience if applies)
• Degree or Transcripts
• Drug Test done in office
