Our client in the West Valley,  is looking to add a Commercial Maintenance Manager.   This position is responsible for operating, maintaining and repair of equipment within our managed facilities.  Responsibility includes activities directly related to the plant/facilities operating environment.  Keep projects/repairs running without any disruption of service. This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and control the preventative maintenance program to maintain all machinery and equipment in proper working condition
• Plan, schedule and coordinate improvement projects such as new building projects, building renovations, paving projects and installation of new rail lines.
• Plan a continual work schedule to maintain a safe and healthy condition to achieve the best working conditions possible for all employees
• Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of direct reports engaged in all maintenance activities
• Represent Company’s position and interest in dealings with outside contractors, suppliers, and engineering consultants
• Responsible for facility and equipment inspections with city, state, federal, and insurance agencies

Construction/carpentry or machine repair experience preferred.

-Clean MVR and background REQUIRED
